There is no traditional menu to choose from as such, they do want you to be able to enjoy all 30 dishes. When confirming our booking, they wanted to know about any food allergies or dietary considerations (yes, you can order a vegetarian or even a vegan meal). When we were seated, the waiter told us that the Chef has designed a 30-course meal for us, and that each dish will be explained as it is served. Once you are in Spain, make use of Car Hire Malaga to visit your favorite spots.
The Menu Examples:
1. Gin & Tonic Cocktail
Lemon with skin on ice, gin was syringed into the lemon table-side. Very refreshing way to begin the meal, not too acidic, and the carbonation takes off the sting of the acid.

2. Fruit Crisps
Passion fruit with parmesan cheese

3. White Asparagus 4 Ways with Frozen Egg Pellets
The egg pellets melted as time passed. Virgin asparagus slightly overcooked; peanut butter version very good; lemon confit pretty good.
Personally, I've never been there. This menus and restaurants article mostly taken from other people reviews. I hope I can travel there sometime and prove by my own tongue how delicious are their dishes.
